High Plains Drifter

The Interior, British Columbia, Canada

Clean simple lines make this summer home unimposing, perched in the rolling hills above a beautiful remote lake in B.C.’s southern interior. Kettle River worked closely with our structural engineer to create a cost-effective truss solution. The resulting ‘steel bow-string trusses’ allow for a completely open plan. Probably the biggest challenge on this project was the minus 30-degree weather Dave and the crew endured for the January installation.
