Located on historic ‘Red Brick Road’ in King County, this home presented some unique challenges to the team at Kettle River Timberworks. Timberwork was installed after the home was completed. Eleven layers of stain were required to give the Douglas fir timbers a high gloss oak-like finish. Kettle River Timberworks’ design of the inside pergola and the covered timber bridge entry supported the vision of our client, a well-known landscape architect.
