1 Client Consultation & 3D Design. In close consultation with the client, 3D computer technology is used to develop and visualize your project.
2 Detail Design & Engineering. Architectural drawings are generated. Joinery and connections are detailed. Engineering analysis is completed.
3 Timber Selection. Sustainably harvested timber is procured for your project. Focus is on quality, strength and appearance.
4 Timber Preparation and Joinery Cutting. Timber is dried in a state of the art radio frequency kiln. Joinery is precision cut, in our shop, through a combination of computer controlled machinery and skilled craftsmen.
5 Site Assembly. Your structure is assembled on site by our qualified crew. Kettle River Timberworks is fully insured and WCB covered.
6 Finishing. Timbers are cleaned, sanded and stained, or oiled, to bring out the ambience and patina of the wood grain. Sharp edges are aesthetically chamfered or rounded.
